Returns & Refunds Policy

At bacanamagazine Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned without prior approval


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

Do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged

  • Parts or accessories are missing


7. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.


9. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Please contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or dispute with PayPal or your card issuer.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.
